Zoë Galle

Zoë is a coach and facilitator with a rich background in community organizing and program management, business and the performing arts.


She combines 25 years of dance experience performing and directing, with her business experience working on strategic development and creative innovation design with entrepreneurs in her practice. Zoë also has a private somatic coaching practice working with people to help them see where they are blocked and supporting them in their transformation. She encourages their embodiment that allows for their authentic self to emerge and mobilizes them to embody their visions by getting into right relationship with their power. Zoë brings this diverse array of experience along with core commitments to equity and justice to her work as a facilitator and coach.

Zoë has been a facilitator and coach with Inspiring Educators since 2022 working with leaders from Teach For America, KIPP, The NYC Community Schools District, and Mastery Charter Schools.

As a facilitator and coach with the Ariel Group, Zoë has a number of private-sector clients including FTI Consulting, General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, and The College Board.

Zoë brings strong expertise in the area of psychological safety to all of her facilitation and coaching across both the public and private sectors. She also designs and delivers training for other facilitators to develop their practice in this area, as well.

Zoë has always been passionate about working with people to develop their inner leadership skills and engage in creative and courageous risk taking in the name of change. She has developed community performing arts programming with the College for Creative Studies and the Skillman Foundation in Detroit, mentoring young performing artists and producing community arts events, as well as designed and facilitated immersive workshops for team building and business development with the company Solve Next.

Zoë completed a Bachelors of the Arts in Community Studies and a Bachelors of the Arts in Fine Art from the University of California Santa Cruz. Zoë is a certified yoga instructor, with additional training in traumainformed yoga and mindfulness practices (via the Lineage Project), and healing justice and peer support (via the Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective).
