Despite our name, the answer to this is yes! While the majority of our work is in direct services of school-, district-, and network-based professionals, we are proud to partner with mission-driven organizations more broadly.

As of now, the majority of our work is closed enrollment, meaning that we contract with partners who determine the participants. We will occasionally offer stand alone workshops open for individual registration – If you are interested in working with IE as an individual participant, subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop regarding future open enrollment programs.

Yes. We deliver programming both in-person and virtually. We have collected ample data to confirm that our virtual format remains highly effective at eliciting the engagement, connection, and psychological safety that our programs require. We'll work with you to determine the right format for your goals and participants.

All of our standard offerings incorporate some customization such that the content presents as tailored to the specific audience. If none of our standard offerings quite align with your goals, we also offer fully customized engagements that we can design from scratch around your specific objectives.

No. Our expertise is in real-time training and coaching. As such, we do not offer any asynchronous training modules.

Coming soon! While this work was originally designed for adults, we have received feedback over the years that much of our content would carry immense value for a younger audience. We’ve heard from classroom teachers about their positive experiences implementing PRES-based exercises in their classrooms. As such, we’re excitedly in the process of designing youth-facing content to equip the next generation of leaders with the adaptive skills they need to thrive.
