Will C. is currently a Lead Faculty Member / Director of Creative Inclusion / Director of Curriculum Design at the Perrone-Sizer Institute for Creative Leadership. Specifically, he teaches and coaches educational leaders at the Perrone-Sizer Center for Creative Leadership at Hale Reservation.

Additionally, Will C. is an adjunct professor at Brandeis University, as well as an international performer and trainer. He is perhaps most widely known for his work with Playback Theatre, an organization that leverages improvisation theater based on personal narratives to build community and foster a sense of connection and understanding. In addition to serving on the board of directors and as faculty for the Centre for Playback, Will C. has also founded various Playback Theatre companies in New England and has led programs and provided consultations for many non-profit organizations in the US, Canada, Germany, Brazil, Belarus, and Australia.

Will C. is also a respected poet, playwright, and creative event planner who engages communities through the arts. In his free time, Will C. enjoys traveling, eating, cooking, surrounding himself by nature, and “building authentic relationships through existential conversations with empathetically reflective individuals.”

Will C. holds a B.A. in Theater Arts from Brandeis University and an Ed.M. in Arts in Education from Harvard University.
