Leading With Presence

Our flagship program is designed to promote inspiring, emotionally intelligent, action-oriented leadership.

Program Overview:

This interactive session enables leaders to develop an authentic leadership style that truly inspires, connects, and moves people to action.

This program is designed for leaders to build community while building critical skills around adaptive leadership, presence and communication.

Plan This Program

Core Objectives:

  • Build sense of community and trust

  • Hone ability to present self and ideas with power and passion

  • Develop flexibility and spontaneity

  • Enhance relationship building skills

  • Apply the art and skills of storytelling to their work context

    • Introduction to presence skills

    • Becoming more expressive

    • Connecting and communicating with authenticity

    • Leveraging storytelling for compelling professional communication

    • Skill application discussion and practice

    • Group Size: Small (max 10 participants, for both virtual and in person programs)

    • Duration: 8 or 16 hours

      • Virtual (8-hour only): Two 4-hour sessions, done over two consecutive half-days

      • In-Person: One or two 8-hour full day session(s)

    • Leaders or role-alike cohorts (i.e. principals, coaches) seeking an immersive experience

    • Intact teams (i.e. admin, grade-level) wanting the same with a team-cohesion focus

optional Program variation

For school-based leaders, this program can be adapted to have a targeted focus of retaining and sustaining teachers and staff. Topics include:

  • Fostering social-emotional wellbeing for staff

  • Cultivating positive staff culture

  • Leadership habits to promote inclusivity

  • Combatting issues of disaffection, burnout, fatigue and attrition

  • Building trusting relationships
