Jay Harris is a facilitator and executive coach with a dynamic background in the performing arts as a professional actor, musician, and producer.

In his work with executives, Jay’s passion and focus is helping leaders achieve exceptional results through the strategic application of intentionality, brand focus and authenticity. Jay has worked with a variety of clients across a range of industries, including education, business, entertainment, sales and account management development.

In small- and large group settings, as well as 1:1 coaching, Jay specializes in helping mangers incorporate coaching into their leadership style to improve and promote a people centric work culture within teams and organizations.

Jay’s corporate clients include Johnson & Johnson, Chanel, Citigroup, Procter & Gamble, Harvard Business School, Red Hat, Keycorp, KPMG, Wellington Management, and more.

In addition to his work in the private sector, over the past 10+ years, Jay has worked closely with education and social impact organizations including the MLK Center for Nonviolent Social Change and the Evans County School & Community Center.

As a facilitator and coach for Inspiring Educators, Jay’s client list includes Teach for America, IDEA Public Schools, Boston Public Schools, the Lynch Leadership Academy, the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE), and KIPP.

Jay is a talented actor and performer— he brings his expertise in the arts to his facilitation for both Inspiring Educators and the Ariel Group. His theater experience includes:

  • Wicked – Atlanta Broadway
