Byron Darden is a leadership consultant and performance coach. He is a certified Prosci change management practitioner with an extensive background in the education field.

His nearly 30 years of coaching spans from the world of figure skating to the executive boardrooms of fortune 500 corporations. His long standing in non-profit in connection with US Figure Skating includes numerous roles from committee member to member-club president.  

Byron delivers leadership development programs in the Executive Education programs for Columbia, Duke, Harvard and it’s MBA program, and Northwestern Universities, as well as the Queen’s School of Business in Canada. He also delivers leadership development programs for corporate organizations such as American Express, Booz Allen Hamilton, Praxair Gasses, Capital One and Time Warner to name a few. Byron has also taught programs for Inspiring Educators at Achievement First, ANet, and the Boston Public Schools.
