As the founder Inspiring Educators and co-founder of the Ariel Group, Belle has dedicated much of her career to developing the field of professional development to focus on leadership presence, communication, and emotional intelligence.

Belle is also the co-author of the book Leadership Presence: Dramatic Techniques to Reach Out, Motivate, and Inspire published by Penguin/Putnam. She has been featured in the New York Times, Fast Company, the Boston Globe and on CNBC.

In the education world, she has developed and delivered leadership programs for clients such as Boston Public Schools, Teach For America, Achievement First, and Uncommon Schools.

With The Ariel Group, Belle designed, delivered and led programs for executives and MBA students from Harvard, Columbia and Duke over 20 years. The Ariel Group has a decades-long record of success delivering leadership development for companies across the globe, including Google, Amazon, Apple, American Express, LVMH, Boston Consulting Group and General Electric.

Belle has delivered keynote speeches at conferences for The Center for Creative Leadership, Excellence in Government, Linkage Women in Leadership Summit and Microsoft.

She designed an innovative methodology for teaching singing and interpretation and has worked with students at Harvard University, Longy School of Music and the Roy Hart Theater in France.

She currently teaches singing each summer at the Tuscany Project in Italy. Her passion for educational equity started as a child when her parents founded a mixed income Montessori school in Newark, NJ.

A Harvard University graduate, lives in the South End neighborhood of Boston. She continues to sing professionally and perform around the world.
