Andrew is dedicated to experiential learning, providing opportunities for self-discovery, and driving innovation in our everyday lives.
He is an actor, director, author and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in the arts.
With Inspiring Educators, Andrew has supported educators and non-instructional staff from Teach for America and the Lake Tahoe Unified School District.
With Ariel, Andrew has worked extensively in a broad range of businesses including tech, healthcare, public services, and higher education. His corporate clients include Apple, Google, Microsoft, Nike, Amazon, Deloitte, Salesforce, Adobe, Oliver Wyman and Wells Fargo.
In higher education, Andrew has trained MBA students at Harvard Business School and the University of Washington Foster School of Business. In philanthropy, Andrew has supported individuals and teams at the Gates Foundation.
Before joining the Ariel and IE teams as a facilitator and coach, Andrew spent 25 years running a non-profit theater company that he founded, and worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies to provide presentation support, messaging, and team-building and communication training.
Andrew comes from a family of educators; his mother was a pre-first teacher, his father was a Principal of a Junior High School, and he has two nieces who are in early education. As an actor and facilitator, it took Andrew a while to realize he was a teacher as well, which makes working with IE feel natural.
