Program Overview:

This session equips you with practical tools and strategies to build trust, amplify strengths, and give feedback with both care and rigor. Grounded in our P-C-I-R model, this training is designed to help you show up as a Present, Caring, Inspiring, and Rigorous coach, ready to make an immediate impact. You’ll walk away with concrete strategies you can put into practice immediately, enabling you to challenge, support, and inspire your coachees.

Plan This Program

Core Objectives:

  • Leverage the Inspiring Educators P-C-I-R model to build skills and mindsets that will strengthen your impact as a coach and enable you to challenge, direct and boost the educators you serve.

  • Notice and strengthen your ability to show up energized and fully present. (P)

  • Hone the ability to listen, empathize, and show that you care. (C)

  • Practice modeling an authentic connection-to-mission and sharing a compelling vision (I)

  • Learn to hold yourself and your coachee accountable and approach feedback conversations with courage and care (R)

    • Group Size: Small (Max 10) or Large (Max 40 in person, Max 25 virtually)

    • Duration: 4 hours (presented as a half day program, both in person and virtually)

  • Managers, coaches and anyone who develop others
